When you use your debit card, funds are automatically deducted from your account. However, transactions may show as “pending” in Online Banking. In addition to purchases, you can also use your debit card at ATMs, including the 55,000+ Allpoint Network ATMs worldwide that Axiom Bank customers can use at no charge.* A debit card is provided at no cost with most Axiom Bank accounts.**

* ATMs displaying the Maestro, Visa, Cirrus, INTERLINK, or Accel Exchange logos will accept your Axiom Bank debit card, but a surcharge may be charged if not using an Allpoint Network ATM.

Card Security Features

Your debit card is protected by EMV chip technology. Prior debit cards carried all the important information in the magnetic strip. The new EMV debit cards create a unique code that can only be used for one transaction. So, even if that code is somehow stolen, it cannot be used again.

If you believe your Axiom Bank ATM Card, Axiom Bank Debit Card or PIN has been lost or stolen, or if you believe an unauthorized transfer has been made using your account, let us know immediately. Call our 24-hour hotline at 1-888-425-4882.
